These terms apply to your use of PYeahNo at https://pyeahno.com (the “Service”). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

PYeahNo is an online, interactive piano-learning application: lessons, songs, practice drills and progress tracking that run in your web browser on computers, tablets and phones. Some content is free; additional content and features (“Premium”) are available by paid subscription as described on our pricing page.

3. Your account

• You must give a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and manage any purchase.
• One account is for one person. Please don't share your login or resell access.

4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

• Premium is offered as a monthly ($10) or yearly ($60) subscription in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and you authorise Paddle, on our behalf, to charge the then-current price until you cancel.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles order-related inquiries and returns, and Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. You can pay by card or PayPal in Paddle’s checkout. We never receive or store your card details.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change affects you, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
• If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry it; if it can't be collected, Premium access ends.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancellation stops future charges; Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. New subscribers are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, scrape, redistribute or resell the Service or its content; not to interfere with or try to gain unauthorised access to the Service; and not to use it for anything unlawful.

7. Content and intellectual property

The Service, including its software, lessons, arrangements, design and the PYeahNo name and logo, belongs to Epic Legend (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. Musical works in our library are in the public domain; our arrangements, fingerings and lesson material are our own. Piano sounds use the Salamander Grand Piano samples by Alexander Holm (CC BY 3.0). We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own learning while your account is in good standing.

Voice-overs in PYeahNo's social videos are Built with Higgs Materials licensed from Boson AI.

Microphone note detection uses Basic Pitch by Spotify (Apache License 2.0).

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and to keep improving it, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features and content. If we make a change that materially reduces Premium, you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund of any prepaid, unused period.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and Epic Legend (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the South African Consumer Protection Act where it applies.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. If we close your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid, unused Premium period.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protections of the mandatory laws of your country.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify you by email before they take effect.
