What do I pay and when?
Premium costs $10 per month or $60 per year (US dollars). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. Local taxes may be added at checkout where they apply.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, in one click from your Account page. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for and you won't be charged again.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If Premium isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. See our refund policy.
How do I pay?
By debit or credit card, or with PayPal, in a secure checkout run by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. It only asks for your email, card and country (no street address). We never see or store your card number.
What do I need?
A web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. For the best experience, connect a digital piano or MIDI keyboard by USB or Bluetooth (Chrome, Edge or Opera; Android too). You can also play with the on-screen keys, your computer keyboard or, for acoustic pianos, the microphone.
Does it work on my phone or tablet?
Yes. PYeahNo runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, in portrait or landscape. Sign in on each device and your progress follows you. MIDI keyboards work on Android phones and tablets and on computers; on iPhone and iPad, use the on-screen keys or the microphone.
Is it really for complete beginners?
Yes. Lesson 1 starts with finding the keys. Every lesson has short steps, instant feedback, and the music waits for you until you're ready.
